Exchanges (if applicable)
We will be happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at Returns@pristine-sales.com. Include in your message: item purchased, issue with the purchase and original purchase name and date.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will normally show on your online statements in 3-4 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet call your credit card company/ bank. It may take some time before your refund shows on your online account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note: Returned items must been in the same condition as when they are received. Products that are brand new must still be in their original wrapping with their original stickers to be eligible for a refund. Used items must include all of items that were originally sent with the purchase to be eligible for a refund.
All orders ship out within 24 hours of your purchase. Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. This email will allow you to track your package during shipping to you.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We offer Free Shipping within the entire United States. Most orders are delivered in 5-6 business days. We also offer priority shipping for an additional charge. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico sometimes take a little longer to arrive.
(1) International Priority Mail - $40, but cost may vary based on location. . Expected delivery time is between 10 to 12 business days after your order is shipped.

We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your country's Customs Office. Unfortunately, it happens every once in a while which we cannot control, however we'll do our best to assist if the situation occurs.
